MEA ABSORPTION CO2 CAPTURE SYSTEM
We provide comprehensive technical services for our clients, including preliminary project design, project planning, factory construction plans, complete equipment supply, installation, and commissioning, therebyachleving turnkey projects.
Flue gas typically refers to the high-temperature, low-carbon dioxide concentration exhaust gases released from coal-fired power plants, boiler plants, lime kilns, cement plants, and similar facilities using coal, natural gas, fuel oil, or heating. With CO2 concentrations ranging from 8% to 35%, our system utilizes MEA to absorb carbon dioxide at room temperature. After the concentration section, the captured CO2 undergoes adsorption, drying, cooling, heat exchange, and enters the distillation tower for further purification. It removes impurities such as methane, nitrogen, oxygen, and water vapor before being stored in a tank for user applications.
