This project utilizes the rich CO2 tail gas from the PSA decarbonization process of the methanol-to-hydrogen unit as raw material. It achieves an annual production scale of 200,000 tons/year of liquid CO2. Employing pre-cooling, compression, and multi-stage liquefaction purification processes, the product quality meets the requirements of the GB/T 6052-2011 industrial liquid carbon dioxide standard, with purity exceeding 99.9%. After completion, the project is expected to generate an annual revenue of approximately 80 million yuan. The project commenced production smoothly at the beginning of 2022, surpassing all design and contractual requirements.
