Green ammonia is produced using green renewable energy and has zero carbon emissions throughout its lifecycle. It can be easily stored and transported at room temperature and has a high hydrogen content, making it a key component of future energy systems. Green ammonia is expected to gradually replace traditional energy sources in sectors such as energy transportation, chemical raw materials, and fertilizers, thereby aiding in carbon reduction efforts across society.
Modular green ammonia units are designed with a modular approach, allowing standardized equipment to be mass-produced. This enables rapid construction of plants, making it the best option for integrating with renewable energy sources like wind and solar.
The technology used in modular green ammonia units employs a low-pressure synthesis system and high-efficiency synthesis catalysts to achieve high ammonia purity. Currently, modular green ammonia units are available in three capacities: 3,000 tons per year, 10,000 tons per year, and 20,000 tons per year.
● Highly Modular and Integrated System: The system is highly integrated and modular, occupying a small footprint. Most of the modular assembly is completed at the factory, reducing on-site construction work.

● Efficient Heat Exchange Equipment: Multi-stream, high-efficiency coiled tube heat exchangers are used, which are compact, highly efficient, and easy to modularize.
● Advanced Ammonia Synthesis Reactor: The new high-efficiency ammonia synthesis reactor offers high ammonia purity and excellent internal volume utilization.
● Optimized Circulating Compression Process: The optimized process allows for a wide range of adjustment in ammonia synthesis.
● Low Power Consumption: The system is designed to have low electricity consumption.
